We’re excited to announce that on November 10, 2023 we will be releasing an updated messaging system for our app. This update will improve the reliability and security of your in-app conversations.
With the new system, your chats will be better protected and stored more securely. We’re also implementing fixes that will prevent bugs and crashing that some members have experienced.
However, due to the nature of this update, all existing conversation histories will be deleted when the new system launches on November 10. We recommend you screenshot or back up any important chats you want to save before then.
We apologize for the inconvenience of losing your chat history. But we believe this update is necessary to provide you with the best messaging experience possible on YOLO. Going forward, the reliability and speed of your conversations will be better than ever.
