At YOLO, we strive to create a secure and enjoyable experience for all users. While we offer the freedom of anonymity, we are also committed to ensuring that our community remains respectful and free from harmful behavior. This document outlines the key safety measures we’ve implemented, which are part of our broader commitment to child safety and privacy, in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which you should review for a more comprehensive understanding of your rights and responsibilities while using YOLO.
We take child safety very seriously. Our platform is not intended for children, and we have implemented strict measures to prevent misuse and ensure compliance with applicable child safety laws.
Our Mission: Privacy with Safety
YOLO is designed to offer a platform where users can explore casual connections while maintaining anonymity. We understand that privacy is paramount, and that’s why we take every measure to ensure that your experience is both secure and respectful. We are actively working against any misuse of the platform, including scammers and abusive users.
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): YOLO strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Any content related to CSAE will be immediately removed, and users involved will be permanently banned. Our team works closely with relevant authorities to comply with all child safety laws, including reporting confirmed CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or the relevant local authorities.
Our team uses a combination of automated systems and manual reviews to ensure that everything on YOLO remains safe. Automated filters help us detect harmful or inappropriate behavior quickly, while our moderators investigate flagged content to ensure it complies with our community standards.
For more details, refer to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We are committed to continually improving our safety measures and working closely with law enforcement when necessary.

Key Safety Features and Guidelines
Underage Users
YOLO is strictly for users 18 years and older. Any content or profile found to violate this rule will be immediately removed, and the user will be banned. Our team actively monitors and enforces this rule to prevent underage access to the platform. If you encounter a user who appears underage, please report them immediately.
Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any content that contains:
- CSAE or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Nudity, hate speech, or offensive language
- Unsolicited nudity, including unsolicited sexual content or photos
- Scam-related content, including fake profiles and fraud
- Selling of illegal goods, including drugs and sex services
Any content violating these guidelines will be promptly removed, and the user may be banned.
Blocking and Reporting
If you feel uncomfortable with a user’s behavior, you can block them from further interactions. You can also report any inappropriate activity for further investigation. Our team will review all reports within 24 hours.
Protect Yourself from Scammers
YOLO works hard to prevent scams. However, it’s crucial that you stay vigilant. Here are some important tips:
- Never send money or share your financial details with anyone you haven’t met in person.
- Be wary of users who refuse to engage in video chats or who pressure you into sharing personal information too quickly.
- If someone asks you to transfer money for any reason, it’s likely a scam.
- Avoid sharing sensitive information, like your home or work address, passwords, or children’s personal details.
YOLO will never ask for your username or password through email or other external communication.
Video Chats and Meeting in Person
We recommend using video chats before meeting someone in real life. This is an effective way to confirm that the person you’re talking to is who they say they are. Always ensure you are comfortable before proceeding.
When meeting someone in person, choose a public, well-known place for your safety. We want your experiences to be fun and free from any risks.
What Happens if You Violate Our Guidelines
If you are reported for violating YOLO’s guidelines:
- Your content will be removed if it violates the community rules.
- Your account may be frozen for review, especially if there are multiple complaints.
- Serious violations, such as fraud or abusive behavior, may lead to permanent bans.
